短形容詞常用 -er／-est，較長形容詞常用 more／most。比較級後常見 than；最高級前通常有 the。部分形容詞有不規則變化，例如 good → better → best、bad → worse → worst。

先判斷比較範圍
兩者比較通常用比較級；三者以上挑最突出者通常用最高級。
than 與 the
than 常提示比較級；最高級前通常搭配 the。
短字拼字變化
heavy → heavier、big → bigger，字尾規則也會考。
more／most
較長形容詞常用 more／most，不要再同時加 -er／-est。
不規則變化
good、bad、many／much、little 等不能完全套一般規則。
